Derese Bogale is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience in acute care, including work in a Level II trauma hospital, as well as long-term care settings. His experience also includes caring for patients at the end of life, where he provides compassionate, patient-centered care that supports both individuals and their families.

Derese is currently pursuing his graduate education as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) . His advanced training enhances the team’s ability to address both the physical and mental health needs of residents.
